From 2019 to 2022, Kevin was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp, a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients.
Kevin is the co-founder of The SMB Center LLC, a business buying advocacy center, connecting buyers, sellers, investors and operators of small businesses with resources, knowledge, and community.
